Terms and Conditions

I understand that by selecting "Yes I want to Proceed Now", I am registering to QMax's Wireless@SG Basic Free WIFI Access service.  I agree to receive marketing messages from QMax and its premium partners via the information I provide.  I agree to provide the information required in the following screen.   

The terms & conditions herein are applicable in addition to QMax's General Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy and Fraud and Abuse Protection. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms and conditions, subject to the amendment provisions contained therein, shall continue to apply after the free service period as long as the service is provided.

QMax does not guarantee the suitability of the wireless service for any specific application. Signal strength which may vary or fail altogether due to certain factors which are not within QMax's control, including, but not limited to, building structure, building material, natural or artificial barriers, electrical or electromechanical interference and weather. QMax shall not be liable for any loss arising from such failure.

Due to the nature of the wireless access, there is an inherent risk of wrongful, illegal or unauthorised access by third parties to the User's computer(s) and/or account(s). The User hereby acknowledges and accepts the risk of such wrongful, illegal or unauthorised access and hereby agrees that QMax shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such failure.

The User agrees not to use the service in violation of any laws or regulations applicable from time to time or to misuse the service in any manner deemed inappropriate by QMax.

QMax reserves the right to terminate the User's account at any time due to breach or non-compliance of any of the above terms and conditions referred to above which are applicable and binding on the User at all times.
